Floor Grating

Floor grating is a term used to describe flooring panels or tiles, typically made of metal, that are used to provide drainage access. Floor grating can be manufactured from perforated metal panels, wire mesh, or welded metal bar stock, in addition to other options. Floor grating is often set into recessed troughs in order to maintain a level floor surface while providing access to the drainage area. Floor grating may also include anti-slip surfaces or coatings for safety purposes.
