Wheel Clamps
A wheel clamp is a mechanism used to lock a wheel in place, thus preventing it and the vehicle it's attached to from moving. Wheel clamps may be used as security devices to prevent others from stealing a vehicle, or as a punitive device such as in the case of locking illegally parked cars.
